⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rude Awakening isn’t just a coffee shop — it’s a whole damn vibe. The second you walk in, you know you’re somewhere different. It’s eclectic, artsy, cozy, a little weird in the absolute best way, and has so much personality that you could sit there forever just taking everything in. This is NOT your cookie-cutter coffee shop, and that’s exactly what makes it so good. The coffee is fantastic, there are plenty of options to choose from, and somehow everything tastes even better when you’re drinking it surrounded by one of the coolest atmospheres. 😂 The courtyard is an added bonus and makes it an even better place to actually hang out instead of just grabbing your coffee and leaving. The staff has always been friendly and welcoming, and the entire place just has that comfortable, come-as-you-are feeling that’s getting harder and harder to find. If you like good coffee and places with actual personality, you need to experience Rude Awakening at least once. But fair warning: you’ll probably be back. ☕️🖤✨

Coffee is a love language for me. For my birthday weekend my best friend added this to the itinerary. I was so excited but this place exceeded my excitement. It’s literally the cutest place ever. I appreciate the tribute to the all the great women in history, having just so many beautiful visuals as well as REALLY GOOD COFFEE. We did the iced coffee flight. It was so cute. We sat in the back seating area where it feels like little Italy almost. So cute for a photo Op. It was such a cute girls day out.

My all time favorite coffee spot! My boyfriend and I get the flight every month without fail and are never disappointed. Nickie is the best barista! I also highly recommend the frozen coffees

Stopped by Rude Awakening downtown with my best friend just to grab a coffee and something sweet and omg I’m so glad we did. The woman working was SO nice and of course I didn’t catch her name but she made us this secret mystery drink and it was actually amazing. She also gave us cheesecake with blueberries strawberries and chocolate and it was sooo good like immediately made my day better. We also spent time looking around at all the things they sell and I loved that part. They have really cute local stuff like tea bag holders and Fayetteville themed board games. The coolest thing was the downtown businesses Monopoly style game. I don’t even live there yet and I already want one if I move. this place had great vibes great people and great coffee so yeah easy 5 stars ☕✨
